Add an Action

This process works the same way no matter which part of Adeveam you are working in.

  1. Select the Action tab
  2. Select Add New Action link or, if in the main Actions tab select Add Action from the side menu bar
  3. Enter a Name for the action
    Tip:
    Name is displayed in the action list so 3 actions with the same name could be confusing, add some detail to help you identify like the Records unique reference ISR/….
  4. Select the Purpose, Deadline, Urgency and User from the drop down list
  5. Enter a more detailed Description to explain the Action
  6. Select the Create button
  7. After you have added an action edit action screen appears
  8. Check user is the person who you want to complete this action

The action is now added.
