This process works the same way no matter which part of Adeveam you are working in.
- Select the Action tab
- Select Add New Action link or, if in the main Actions tab select Add Action from the side menu bar
- Enter a Name for the action
Tip:
Name is displayed in the action list so 3 actions with the same name could be confusing, add some detail to help you identify like the Records unique reference ISR/…. - Select the Purpose, Deadline, Urgency and User from the drop down list
- Enter a more detailed Description to explain the Action
- Select the Create button
- After you have added an action edit action screen appears
- Check user is the person who you want to complete this action
The action is now added.
