Adeveam Support
Support is provided via an inclusive support provision and non inclusive support is provided via a prepaid token or, in the case of major changes, a specific quotation is provided.
Key changes will only be made after the request is received from the designated organisation’s internal system manager.
- Configuration
Before the system is used we will communicate with the designated service manager to configure the system and populate data fields. This is achieved via a variety of means including telephone conversations, Skype conversations, Skype chat conversations, emails or webinars. On-site configuration, including any meetings, will be charged at the hourly rate plus travel costs.
- Training
User training is provided for the number of concurrent users; extra user training can be included but will use up extra tokens. All training is provided via pre-arranged, webinar, training is provided in a, patient, hands on way where users enter test data on a test system using a show and observe approach. Training goes at the speed of the user. Up to 4 users can be trained in one webinar session. Training can be delivered on-site but will be subject to hourly rate and travel costs and the provision of computer equipment and a room where the training can be provided.
- Call for support
The call for support is provided by a simple “ticketing” system where users can log a call for help. This request will then be responded to, in a timely manor, via telephone, webinar, Skype or email depending on the urgency and requirement.
- Data Fields
Included is the editing of existing drop down data fields to make the using of Adeveam more relevant for your organisation.
- Users
The adding of user’s up to the number of concurrent users is included, the adding of extra users is at the cost of a service token. After adding users the editing of user details is included. This includes password change requests and login name changes, security and access rights settings.
- Data Entry
Some of our clients are so busy that they need help to get their basic data entered on to Adeveam so we also offer a data entry service. Please tell us your requirements and we will advise and agree on how best to proceed.
