Adeveam presents contact and client information in a way that is swift to find, easy to use, quick to read and fast to enter information (data). While providing a simple yet intuitive work-flow management system to deliver information, for today’s priorities, at the touch of a button.
The Adeveam service is provided for an, agreed, defined period which is easily extendible with either a new agreement or the extending of an existing agreement, with the following features:
Concurrent User Access
The system is based on a concurrent user premise, where only a set number of users can access the system simultaneously; this does not however, restrict the number of users who can use Adeveam.
Tabs
Adeveam makes extensive use of tabs to define logically key pieces of information.
The use of tabs makes navigation easier and logical therefore stored data is quick and easy to find.
Adeveam is highly configurable so we have created the ability to use restricted elements depending on a users access rights and job function requirements.
Security
There are many security features built in to Adeveam including concurrent user restriction, access via internet browser, https capable, unique user login name, user defined password, user tab restrictions, data add and edit control, inactivity screen lockout to protect visual data and define the period a password valid for before it has to be changed.
